- When does my monthly usage reset?
- All quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month in UTC, regardless of when you signed up.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Usage & billing after you sign in. Plan changes take effect immediately and your remaining quota carries over for the rest of the cycle.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Paid plan fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated at purchase. You can cancel any time to stop the next charge.
- How does the mobile app handle billing?
- On the website, paid plans are purchased at unfiltered-grace.com while you are signed in. On iPhone, Daily, Faithful, and Unfiltered are sold in the app through Apple. On Android, the same paid plans are sold through Google Play in the publicly available Android app. Prices can differ slightly across the website, App Store, and Google Play.
